Introduction:
Welcome to the Famous Georgian Search
 
You and your team are about to discover Georgia's greatest asset- It's people!
You are on a mission to decide whom you think is Georgia's greatest historical figure!
The research is on and it begins with you!

Star in the spotlight

The Task:
You will be working with a team. Your task is to find information about 7 Georgia residents. You will write facts about each person and then discuss among your team, whom you think should be named Georgia's most famous resident.
Your team will then create a poster titled:
  The Best Georgian!
The Process:
Mrs. Sage already has your websites ready for you to explore.
1) First you will be assigned to a team of four students-
2) Each team member will have a specifc role to do
                Reader/ Writer/ Computer Engineer/Time Keeper
3) You will locate the follwing websites and decide what you think are the most important details about that figure
4) The team will decide what facts to write about each figure
5) Once all 7 Georgians have been located, discovered , and reviewed- your team will decide whom they think is "The Best Georgian"
6) Your final project will be to create a poster of the Greatest Georgian complete with facts and pictures of him/her.
